The Pier sessions offer spectacular, uninterrupted views of Slieve Foy Mountain, with direct access to pier jumps and the nearby beach. There is beach access approximately 4 hours before and after high tide.

Our new fully private wellness retreat in South Commons, Carlingford offers exclusive sauna access, cold plunge barrels (including one filled with giant ice cubes), a panoramic sun room for pre-sauna refreshments and nibbles, and breathtaking views across Carlingford Lough and the Mourne Mountains.
Just a 3-minute drive from Carlingford Village, our private wellness experiences last 90 minutes.
Sessions are 50 minutes long. However, if the following session is not full, we do not rush customers out.
We would recommend you arrive 5 mins before your public session starts. We have portable changing facilities with male and female rooms.

We have tidal access to Carlingford Lough, normally 2 and a half hours before and after high tide at the Folklore Park, and 4 hours before and after high tide at Carlingford Pier. Check Carlingford Lough tides.
We have an instant hot and cold shower for rinsing off before your cold plunges and when you start and finish your session.
